Our history in Germany began in 1986, when the first Van der Valk Hotel was opened in Moers. It was a bold step that laid the foundation for an unprecedented success story. Today, the Van der Valk group has eight German Hotel Moers, Hotels Gladbeck, Hotel Melle-Osnabrück,  Hotel Hildesheim, Spornitz Country Hotel, Golfhotel Serrahn, Hotel Berlin-Brandenburg, Hotel Hamburg-Wittenburg) two holiday resorts (Linstow Resort & Nature Resort Drewitz) a golf hotel, two indoor ski slopes (alpincenter Bottrop and alpincenter Hamburg-Wittenburg), and a Waterski facility (Zachun). It is now impossible to imagine the German tourism market without our brand.
